I'm Patrick and I'm on a mission to make the world a healthier place 10 pounds at a time!

I'm also a husband, father of 3 and a passionate health, fitness and weight loss coach from a small town west of Boston, Massachusetts. 

Since 2003 I've worked as a fitness professional, nutrition consultant and mindset coach focused on helping others achieve better health & happiness in their lives. 

I created this website and the "10lb Challenge" to share what I've learned about nutrition, fitness and weight loss over the past 20+ years and to teach what I believe to be a simple, practical and healthy approach to losing weight in today's busy, high stress world.
